How the journey unfolds
Day 1
Zanzibar to Serengeti National Park
Fly from Zanzibar to Serengeti National Park and begin your Tanzania wildlife safari. Enjoy a game drive across the endless plains, searching for lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras and other wildlife. In the evening, transfer to your lodge or tented camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 2
Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater
Enjoy an early morning game drive in Serengeti before travelling towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Take in the spectacular scenery and look out for wildlife along the way. Depending on the arrangement, enjoy an afternoon crater game drive or overnight near the crater for the following day's visit.

Day 3
Ngorongoro and Tarangire to Zanzibar
Descend into Ngorongoro Crater for a wildlife game drive, then travel to Tarangire National Park for wildlife viewing before your return flight to Zanzibar, subject to flight schedules and travel time. Tarangire is known for its large elephant herds and iconic baobab trees

Day 4
Prison Island and Nakupenda Sandbank
Discover two of Zanzibar's most beautiful island attractions. Visit Prison Island to see the giant Aldabra tortoises and learn about the island's history. Continue to Nakupenda Sandbank, where you can swim in crystal-clear waters, relax on white sand and enjoy a delicious seafood BBQ lunch before returning to your hotel.

Day 5
Zanzibar Beach Leisure Day
Spend a relaxing day enjoying Zanzibar's beautiful beaches. Swim in the warm Indian Ocean, sunbathe on soft white sand or enjoy optional activities such as snorkelling, a sunset dhow cruise or other water sports. This day is ideal for couples, families and travellers looking for a peaceful island escape.

Day 6
Salaam Cave and Jozani Forest
Begin your day at Salaam Cave, where you can discover the cave's calm waters and learn about local sea turtle conservation. Continue to Jozani Forest, home to Zanzibar's rare red colobus monkeys, lush tropical vegetation and nature trails. After your tour, return to your hotel or transfer to the airport according to your departure schedule.
