Tanzania is a home away from home for many, the famous phrase "Karibu wageni" proves it all, Whether catching a glance at the wildlife or slowing your pace in Zanzibar while soaking up the sun on white sandy beaches. Tanzania has so much to offer you!


Day 01:

Arrival - Arusha.

Upon your arrival at the Kilimanjaro airport, your safari guide/ driver will meet you there ready to transfer you to your hotel in Arusha.

You will get a chance to enjoy the beautiful weather and the amazing environment at the hotel while having enough rest and time to prepare for an early safari the next day.

Overnight: African Tulip Hotel or Similar.

Meals Plan: Bed & Breakfast.



Day 02: Arusha

- Tarangire.

After breakfast, you will collect your picnic lunch from the hotel and you will drive to taranTarangire national park.

Tarangire National Park is the third largest National park in Tanzania. It offers a diverse geological landscape with nine distinct vegetation zones from grassland to woodland, from deep gully vegetation to scattered rocky hilltops. Majestic baobab trees are an interesting feature of the park, dwarfing the animals that feed beneath them. There is a great diversity of wildlife including lions, leopards, cheetahs, an unusually large elephant population, and the largest recorded concentration of breeding bird species in the world. Tarangire River is the only permanent water supply in the area.

At lunchtime, you will be provided a meal, after which the safari will continue.

In the early evening, you will drive to your lodge close to mto wa mbu for dinner and over nighy. 

Overnight: Marera Valley Lodge or Similar.

Meals Plan: Full Board.



Day 03: Karatu - Manyara.

On this last day of your safari, your driver will be at your lodge at 9:00 am to drive you to Lake Manyara national park. 

This park offers breathtaking views and a large variety of habitats, including acacia woodlands, water forests, baobab-strewn cliffs, algae-streaked hot springs, swamps, and the lake itself. Thanks to this the small park can support a large number of animal species and incredible bird life. Manyara has the largest concentration of baboons anywhere in the world and the lions here are also renowned for their tree climbing but big cats aren't that easily seen. Elephants are prolific and are the main attraction.

At lunchtime, you will be provided a meal, after which the safari will continue.

By early evening you will be on your way to Kilimanjaro International Airport for a flight to Zanzibar.

Upon your arrival at the Zanzibar airport, your driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals hall, holding up a board with your name ready to transfer you to your hotel in Makunduchi where you will retire for the night.

Overnight: Clove Island hotel or Similar.

Meals Plan: Bed & Breakfast.


 Zanzibar.


Day 01: Day at leisure.

You will spend the day enjoying the beautiful weather, beaches, and the amazing environment at the hotel.

Day 02:

Stone town + Prison Island.

After Breakfast the guide will be there to take you for a walking tour of stone town.

Stone Town, otherwise called Mji Mkongwe (old town in Swahili), is the mythical fundamental town of Unguja Island, you will be visiting the historical sites through the narrow alley of the old stone city. It includes a visit to the former slave market site, which now stands as the Anglican Church built in 1871, the town market, House of Wonder built-in 1883 (Beit – Al-Ajab, old Arab Fort, Palace Museum, Old Indian Dispensary (cultural center), the market in Darajani, which is bustling with locals selling fresh vegetables and baskets of tropical fruits. From there we’ll visit with you the palace of the former Sultan of Zanzibar, the 'Hamamni Persian Bath', the Old Fort which is next to the 'House of Wonders', and many other buildings that reflect a variety of cultural influences.

After that you will head for the Prison Island tour, To arrive at the island Changuu (Prison Island) formerly known as a slave prison you will take a local boat. Simply off the shore of Stone Town. you will get to see around the Prison land, known for its slave history, Swimming around the prison Island is accessible, and you can also take pictures with Giant turtles.

Return late afternoon to shore and transfer to hotel for dinner and overnight

Day 03: Day at leisure - Departure.

You will get a chance to enjoy the beautiful weather, beaches, and the amazing environment at the hotel while having enough rest and time to prepare for a transfer to Zanzibar international airport.

Day use: Clove Island hotel or Similar.

Meals Plan: Bed & Breakfast.


NOTE:

# You should be aware that this is wild nature, so the guide cannot make any guarantees on the presence of specific wild animals, but you can be sure he will do his best to find everything you're looking for! The Zanki team has its radio channel that the drivers use to communicate with other guides and collaborate on searches for rare species.

# Hotel check-out is at 10:00 AM. In case you need a late check-out because of an evening flight, you have the option to extend your hotel stay till 6:00 PM for an extra fee.
